I was at work.. watching some people work.. no, not anyone who actaully works with me.. but works in office generally.. :) hehehe.. and the way they go about their work.. its so weird.. i dont think they like working.. i mean.. grumbling abt ur problems is one thing.. then u go on abt ur employer.. and work.. and then i wonder.. if its that much of a problem, then they shldnt be working their!! but truth is they cant.. sheesh... it all felt pretty pathetic..
People should love the things that they do.. I love my job while im doing it.. im ok with teaching.. it might not bet he best thing or the thing i want to do nor would it be giving me enough money to pay my dues.. but thats my problem, if i didnt find a better paying job, or didnt negotiate well enough.. But, while Im doing it, i give it all ive got and i live in the moment and NO!! i dont complain!! :) work is work is work is work.. :)
People dont understand that commitment!! and it really is "whatever it takes" to get the job done right..
Even under pressure, even under tight deadlines.. its all about finding happiness in whatever small things that you do.. Its not about the money.. money is very important.. but its not the end!! its might be the means to find that end tht u r looking for :)
